Practice doesn't make perfect, but perfect practice does, wouldn't you agree? You could design and build a rocket perfectly and to exact specifications - but it might take longer to complete than the actual space mission itself! While many people may choose to throw away the instructions to new appliances, you choose to read them from cover to cover. You choose your refrigerator because of the comprehensive warranty instead of the cool icemaker.
